        I would like to take this opportunity to express our great gratitude to your concern and support for CCPIT Dalian and CCOIC Dalian for a long time.

        CCPIT Dalian and CCOIC Dalian, as a vital link connecting Dalian municipal government and businessmen, enterprises, associations, and a significant force improving the development of the open economy and serving the work of external relations, will deeply carry out the new requirement of opening-up with a deeper and higher level, focusing on the Belt and Road initiative, actively promote the implementation of optimizing imports and exports of Dalian international trade, the cooperation of international production capacity and equipment manufacturing and related major strategies and policies.

        With deepening reform and innovative development as the driving force, we will accelerate the expansion of trade and investment promotion, continuously strengthen commercial legal services, further enhance effective service supply, and boost local companies’ deep participation in international economic and trade cooperation, so as to make more contributions to the expansion of foreign cooperation and the improvement of economic development of Dalian.
